Land grant given to Carl L. Stebbins in 1895 for 160 acres of land in Hoodsport. Note that the land grants stipulates that Stebbins and his heirs have all land, water, and mineral rights for this property, but the government reserved the right to use the land when a “right of way thereon for ditches or canals."
